Insurances Accepted

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. A cancellation fee will be charged if you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment.

My typical business hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday- Friday. However, my currently available latest session is 4 p.m. My availability is always changing, but my morning and afternoon availability is the most flexible.

I do accept insurance. I can currently accept Highmark, Aetna, Cigna, and United/Optum. All copays are charged to the card on file after each session.

All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.
